Refund policy

ORDER RETURNS/REFUND POLICY: (30 Days Guarantee)
Don't love your product? No worries! We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on any used or unused items. Customer just has to pay return label. Simply return your products to us within 30 days of placing your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. ( product has to be delivered to our address writhin 30 days from the day you place your order ).
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking/disposal and recycling fee on returns.

We only refund orders the purchase must have been completed through HairyFy.com. not from a different website, marketplace or a another platform.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact us. we will be available to answer all your questions. 
Next check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Delivered status ( but did not received he product )

if the tracking number says "Delivered"  and the customer said that he did not receive his product, in this case the customer have to talk to the USPS, HairyFy LLC will not issue a refund in this case.

12/01/2020 :  USPS struggles to deliver mail by Christmas:
If your package still says "In Transit" please be patient and wait for your package to be delivered, we do ship all the orders within 24 hours. USPS they struggling with the delivery on time during this holiday season and because of the COVID-19.
IF YOUR ORDER SAYS "IN TRANSIT" WE CANNOT ISSUE ANY REFUND.

Unfortunately We don't replace or exchange items at Hairyfy LLC.


Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product back to our HairyFy Wearhouse address in Chicago.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping your item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Prices, Payment and Product Availability

Once an order has been made, you must pay the price stated on our website as being the purchase price for the relevant products (subject to the below paragraphs). It is your responsibility to confirm what is in your cart prior to making a purchase. We do not provide refunds for products that are mistakenly purchased. Payment may only be made in the methods provided on our website. We will not ship any ordered products until payment for those products have been received. Unless otherwise stated, the price of our products does not include shipping and handling costs.

By placing an order with us, you warrant and represent to us that:
  • You understand the nature and effect of these Terms and agree to be bound by them
  • You are authorized and legally permitted to purchase the products being ordered
  • You are authorized and legally permitted to effect payment for the products being ordered using the payment method selected

You agree to identify us against any and all expenses, losses, damages or costs that we may sustain or incur in connection with any breach by you of the above warranties.

HairyFy will attempt to make the product and quantities advertised on this site available at all times. However, this cannot always be guaranteed. Hairyfy does not make any warranties with respect to the availability of its products and will not be liable for any products that are not available at the time of your checkout. The customer will be notified as soon as is reasonably possible when this occurs and advised on what to do to solve this problem. With the exception of those products purchased on a subscription basis, HairFy’s prices are subject to change without notice.

HairyFy reserves the right to refuse or terminate/cancel orders when there has been website malfunction or error such as technical difficulty, an incorrect price has been displayed, your billing or shipping information is incorrect, we have grounds to believe that you are not authorised or legally permitted to make the relevant purchase, we have grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms or any force majeure events have occurred.

Notification to the customer will be facilitated immediately after this has been notified to us and any payment already received from the customer will be refunded.
